Into the Pub|"I hope things don't get messy"

[Hailey Bail]

Hailey walked into the pub with a grey cape on. She merely needed a drink t oquench her thurst. She hoped that this was the place to do it.

"What do you want to drink huny?" the bar tender asked a she whiped a glass with a cloth in his hand.

"Water would be nice." she said quitely sinse she was not much of a talker.

[Adam Dessler]

Adam walked into the pub knowing his young apprentice would be here. He saw her sitting at the bar. He walked up behind her and sat next to her asking for a glass a scotch to the bar tender.

He put his elbow up on the counter and looked at her. He waited for his drink and took a sip. He then looked back over at her frowned with his brow lifted and said, "So, you come to a pub to drink water? Interesting."

Hailey smiled not looking at him. "Master, the drink weakens your awareness." she said. "i merely came her hoping to see a friendly face."

Hailey still felt ashamed on what happened earlier with the polotician. She should have lead the guy to him, and not fight. She was overconfident, and for this, got scars from it.

hailey decided nto to show that emotion. "What brings you here?" she asked.

Adam turned away and looked ahead of him saying, "Ah yes. That doesn't mean we can not all have a few drinks now and then."

Adam looked back at her with stern expression. His small empathy abilities kicked in and he could see the disappointed aura around her. He sigh and took a drink. "I came to get a drink..."he said knowing that he really came to find her.

He turned his head to look at her and said, "I know you probably didn't want this to be asked but I must. What happened back there? And look at me.", he said tired of her dwelling in self pity.

"What do you mean?" Hailey asked politely still not looking at her master. She wasn't sure if it was wise to say these things about in public. SHe wasn't sure if her master would be fond with it. Hailey waited patiently for her master t ospeak.

Adam sighed. " 'What do you mean?'. What do I mean?", he said looking at her intently with discouragment and anger.

Adam didn't want her act as if nothing had happened. Of course she did though. He shook his anger off and wrapped an arm around Hailey. He looked down at the floor and said, "Hailey, I simply want to know what went wrong? If you want to talk about this somewhere else I understand...but there's no one here. Just tell me. Please."
